By subscribing to or using our services through the EasyPaisa payment gateway, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may discontinue use at any time.
By subscribing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CloudSpace, in partnership with EasyPaisa and its authorized partners ("we", "our", "us").
We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and continued use will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is available to users in Pakistan who subscribe through the EasyPaisa payment gateway.
Users must have a valid EasyPaisa-enabled payment method to subscribe and access the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that all subscription details are accurate and that your device and EasyPaisa account or wallet status allow uninterrupted service access.
By subscribing through EasyPaisa, you agree to be charged according to your selected subscription plan.
An initial charge of Rs. 1 may be collected as a trial charge to activate your subscription and complete account linking.
The Rs. 1 trial charge does not represent the full subscription fee. The applicable subscription fee will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
The subscription renews automatically according to the selected monthly or yearly billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Subscription fees are deducted through the EasyPaisa payment system or authorized payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle if sufficient funds are available in the EasyPaisa account or linked payment method at the time of renewal.
Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in suspension or termination of service access.
You may unsubscribe at any time through the CloudSpace application.
CloudSpace provides cloud storage of up to 3 TB, subject to the user's selected plan and applicable service limits.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree to use the Service solely for personal and lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the content you upload and store through CloudSpace and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use and store such content.
You must not misuse, copy, modify, redistribute, or use the Service for unlawful activities.
All payments are securely processed through EasyPaisa and its authorized payment partners.
All charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors or as required by applicable law.
If you experience any billing issue or duplicate charge, you may contact customer support for resolution.
CloudSpace software, graphics, interfaces, design elements, and other Service materials are owned or licensed by CloudSpace. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of Service materials is prohibited.
You retain your rights in content that you upload to CloudSpace, subject to the permissions necessary for CloudSpace to provide the storage and related services.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes only.
We may occasionally enhance or modify features, storage limits, pricing, or subscription plans to improve the Service experience. Significant updates may be communicated through SMS, in-app notifications, or official EasyPaisa channels.
While we strive to provide a reliable and secure storage service, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, device limitations, storage infrastructure, or third-party dependencies.
Neither CloudSpace nor EasyPaisa shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Users are encouraged to maintain copies of important files and content where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the user and CloudSpace/EasyPaisa support teams.
